BeyonceBeyonce has sacked her manager and become her own boss.

The "Drunk In Love" hitmaker and Jay Z are now in total control of her career after ditching Live Nation executive Faisal Durrani, although her husband doesn't hold an official professional position.

"Jay has been heavily involved in Beyonce's career for years, and was instrumental in organizing the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. But he isn't officially regarded as her manager - she really is independent," a source said.

The change in focus is to make sure her career is handled with her family in mind, and with the couple reportedly keen to give their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy a sibling in the future. "Now the couple have Blue, she wants to make sure her family come first at all times, especially as there's talk of them adding to the brood. The best way to do that is to make sure all managerial decisions are made by her and her husband - together," the insider added.

Lana Del Rey with her fiance Barrie-James O'NeillPerhaps Lana Del Rey will be singing less somber songs about summer now.

The "Summertime Sadness" singer became engaged to Kassidy musician Barrie-James O'Neill several months ago, several sources confirmed recently.

Engagement rumors began swirling when the pair were spotted house hunting together in July last year, with Lana wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring. The two were believed to have begun dating back in 2011.

Although Lana has been pretty mum about her relationship with the Scottish guitarist, she did seem to reflect upon their relationship (not naming any names, of course) while discussing her track "Off to the Races" last year in January: "When I found somebody who I fell in love with, it made me feel different than I felt the rest of the day. It was electrifying. That's what inspired the 'Off to the Races' melodies. That's one of the times when you're feeling electrified by someone else and they make you happy to be alive."

The Kardashian sisters with Ellen Pearson insetKim Kardashian has branded her former stepmother a "slippery snake."

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, her siblings and mother Kris Jenner have filed a lawsuit against Ellen Pearson - the former wife of her late father Robert Kardashian - claiming she sold personal property, including family photos, to a publication in January 2013 and in her deposition, Kim admitted she "disliked" her.

When asked her opinion of Ellen - who married Robert six weeks before he died in 2003 - Kim said, "She is a slippery snake... I dislike her. I think that she -- I don't agree with her decisions as of late. And I didn't agree with her decisions when she wouldn't give us back property or ever since she married my father, I haven't agreed with her decisions. I feel like there was an agenda there -- but I don't think about Ellen. I don't spend my time worrying about her, because I try to be a positive person. Everyone is pushed to a limit, and no matter how positive you are, you can look at someone and say, wow, they are a slippery snake, they make awful decisions that are hurtful."

Cara's family have met Michelle and think she's great," a source said.

Michelle, 35, and Cara, 21, first sparked rumors they were dating after they were spotted cuddling up to each other while watching the New York Knicks defeat the Detroit Pistons at Madison Square Garden at the beginning of the month.

The Burberry model - who has been romantically linked to One Direction star Harry Styles - has hinted in the past that she is attracted to both men and women. She also wrote a cryptic message on Twitter in November, which read, "Don't worry I play for more than one team."

Evan Peters and Emma RobertsEmma Roberts' fiane thought that she was "weird" when they first met.

The couple - who got engaged over the Christmas period - were introduced to each other while filming Adult World in 2012, but the 22-year-old actress admits her beau Evan Peters, 26, didn't show her an ounce of interest at first, despite her endless flirting.

"We met on the movie. Everyone thought we dated on the movie and we didn't, not for a long time after. I actually, on the set, was like, 'Oh yeah, we're totally gonna date.' And I would like flirt with him, which ended up looking like I had something in my eye because I'd be like, 'Hey, what's up?' and he literally didn't speak to me the entire movie. He thought I was so weird," she said, speaking on Chelsea Lately.

However, the blonde beauty admits her costume didn't do her any favors when it came to encouraging Evan to ask her out on a date. "I had no makeup, it looks like I cut my own hair off, so I was not exactly looking cute to get a man," she added.

Scarlett JohanssonScarlett Johansson has quit her role as an ambassador for Oxfam.

The 29-year-old actress - who has been working with Oxfam since 2007 - has stepped away from actively supporting the charity which opposes all trade from Israeli settlements due to a "fundamental difference of opinion."

Scarlett's move comes after she received criticism for her support of SodaStream - a home soda maker - which has a factory in an Israeli settlement in the West Bank. "Scarlett Johansson has respectfully decided to end her ambassador role with Oxfam after eight years. She and Oxfam have a fundamental difference of opinion in regards to the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement. She is very proud of her accomplishments and fundraising efforts during her tenure with Oxfam," a statement released stated.

Oxfam wishes the brunette beauty luck with future endeavors but accepts their different stance meant they were "incompatible." The charity said, "While Oxfam respects the independence of our ambassadors, Ms. Johansson's role promoting the company SodaStream is incompatible with her role as an Oxfam Global Ambassador. Oxfam believes that businesses, such as SodaStream, that operate in settlements further the ongoing poverty and denial of rights of the Palestinian communities that we work to support. Oxfam is opposed to all trade from Israeli settlements, which are illegal under international law."
